Please include your social media (Twitter / Discord / email / etc) in your message so I can contact you more easily.✿
You may use your commissioned piece for personal purposes or upload it to your gallery as long as proper credit is given.✿
If you intend to use the artwork commercially, please mention it in your message. I’ll provide a separate quote for commercial use.✿
Please be patient. My turnaround time can be long (sometimes up to ~1 year) due to personal obligations and working with multiple clients at once. I deeply appreciate your understanding and kindness.✿
As the artist, I retain full and exclusive rights to all artworks, including the right to post them on my socials, include them in artbooks or portfolios, etc.
If you'd prefer to keep your commission private, please let me know in advance.✿
Do not edit, trace, copy, or remove the watermark from the finished work. Only the commissioner is permitted to use the image.✿
NFT and AI usage are strictly prohibited.

COMMERCIAL USE

Commercial use must be discussed and approved beforehand.✿
For general commercial usage (streaming assets, promo art, covers, etc.), I charge a +100% one-time fee of the total price.✿
For merchandise-related use, the one-time fee is +200% of the total price.

PROCESS & PAYMENT

I may decline your order if it’s beyond my ability or comfort zone.✿
Commissions are not first-come, first-served — priority depends on the size and complexity of each project.✿
I accept payment via PayPal invoice or Wise.
(Wise is highly recommended due to lower fees and smoother international transactions.)✿
Payment is required upfront — either in full or split 50/50 (half before starting, half before final delivery).✿
A non-refundable deposit ($200) will be required for vtuber commission to secure your slot and confirm commitment. This deposit will be applied toward the sketching stage of the commission.✿
Payment plans are available for higher-budget projects (minimum $200/month, up to 12 months).
If using PayPal for plans, a small fee will be added due to PayPal’s per-transaction charges that add up over multiple small payments.
There is no extra fee for Wise and 50/50 payments.✿
I do not allow chargebacks or cancellations unless I am personally unable to finish your order.
You're welcome to check your commission status or ask for WIP updates — though please note I work with multiple clients, so updates may take time if progress hasn’t reached a sharable stage yet.✿
Edits can be requested during the sketching phase. Once approved, I will proceed to finalize the artwork.
Significant edits in the coloring phase may incur additional fees.
