Hello! I'm Lia, also known as riesz98.I'm a freelance self-taught artist and full-time graphic designer. I have experience with (and love working on) making illustrations, live2D VTuber models, character design and children illustration book.This website is still under maintenance and development.

TERMS OF SERVICE

- Please include your social media like IG/Twitter/DA/etc so I can contact you easier.- You can use my commission works for your personal purposes or upload them to your gallery as long as you give me the credit for the artwork.- If you want to use my artwork for commercial purposes, please note this in your mail. I will give you information about the price afterward.- Please be patient. My turnaround time sometimes is pretty long (~1 year) since I have real-life issues just like any individual person. So I am really appreciated for you kindness and patience.- As the artist I still maintain all and absolute rights to my works,
this includes publishing the work on my socials, adding it as a part of my portfolio, including the work in artbooks and editorial projects. If you want to keep it private, please tell me beforehand.- Neither commissioner nor anyone else is allowed to edit, trace, copy, or remove the watermark from the finished product.- Using my art for NFT or AI learning is strictly prohibited.

PROCESS & PAYMENT

- I may decline your order if I think that it is beyond my ability or comfort zone.- NOT first come first serve, it'll depend on how big/details the art will be.- Full payment OR deposit will need to be sent beforehand, and via Paypal invoice or Wise.
(Wise is more recommended!)- I do not allow chargebacks or cancellations unless I'm personally unable to finish your order. You can ask about your commission status or for WIPs anytime you desire.- Any edits can be made during the sketching phase; once the draft is approved I start working to completion. If you desire to check inbetweens please let me know beforehand. All edits made after completion will be subject to additional fees.

COMMERCIAL USE

Commercial use of my artwork must be agreed upon beforehand by the commissioner.I charge one-time fee of +100% of the total price (double the total)
for any usage including but not limited to: streaming assets,
album or book covers, promotional artwork, game illustrations.For merchandise design, it's one-time fee of +200% of the total price
